We are searching for an outstanding creator of first impressions!

Our admin staff set the pace and the atmosphere for our business. So that we can do a great job caring for our clients, we rely on the friendliness, efficiency, and organizational skills of our front desk team.

We require a multi-talented star performer who has the following skills:

Highly organized with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Great computer and IT skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a small team
Flexibility with working hours, including some after school hours
Enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn new skills
Capability to work under pressure at busy times
Some knowledge of social media
Confident, caring attitude and enjoy working with the public.

Ideally we would prefer someone with prior reception or administration experience. Remuneration will depend upon prior experience.

We currently have an opportunity for both a part-time position and also a short-term relief position to cover holiday leave. There is the possibility for this position to become permanent for the ideal candidate. Please state in your cover letter your preferred number of work hours per week and which days you are available to work.
