Raising funds for the Albany Secondary Special Education Unit

The Variety Golden Outback Bash will leave Albany on its journey throughout the goldfields of WA on Saturday 1 September. Participants along with spectators will gather at The Boat Shed on the Albany waterfront. Each individual car will then depart, waved off by The Mayor, Dennis Wellington. Students from Albany Secondary Education Support Centre will be passengers in some vehicles. Cars turn left onto Marine Drive, right into York Street; continue along Lockyer Avenue and then right into Centennial Oval to drop off students. Parade to be led by police escort and The Big Red Fire Engine with a fanfare of suitably festive music.
