Worklink has been contracted to provide you with Workforce Development Centre services in the Great Southern. Regional visits are made throughout the Great Southern including Denmark, Walpole, Mt Barker, Frankland, Wellstead, Kojonup, Tambellup & Gnowangerup.

| Australian Apprenticeships Access Program |
|
The Program is FREE and is aimed to assist you in gaining an apprenticeship, employment, further education or training. It’s open to all ages and is for registered job seekers, people referred by Youth Connections or Disability Employment Network providers or those eligible for Youth Allowance.
The program consists of:
- Pre-vocational Training
- Job Search Support
- Post-Placement Support.
As part of the “Triple A” Program you can look forward to:
- Nationally recognised pre-vocational training
- Assistance with job search skills including resume writing, interview preparation, finding job opportunities, and building personal and professional confidence
- Being personally introduced to potential employers
- Mentoring and support before and after your placement
- And much, much more!
The course starts on Monday 30th January 2012 at Worklink in Albany.

Have you got an interest in nature? Do you want to assist in preserving our precious bush & native fauna? Take the opportunity to explore careers in Nature Conservation, Natural Resource Management or Eco-Tourism. Join our guided walks and learn about nature career pathways. Havn't used a computer before? Would you like to learn how? First Click can teach you about computers, word processing, sending & receiving emails & surfing the net. Classes will be run from 1:00-4:00 on Wednesdays. To find out more & enrol at the Albany Aboriginal Centre on Wednesday 25 January from 10:00-12:00. Certificate II in Business- Gain a qualification while learning about communicatioin skills, computing, customer service, safety & much more.
