Mathew Hare – Telstra Business Centre Great Southern – Licensee.
Mathew and his family have been at the forefront of the communications industry in Albany for over 20 years. In 2000 they brought to Albany the Telstra Licensed Shop, a first for Albany that provided a one stop shop for telecommunications products including Mobiles, Fixed Services, Internet and Accessories. In early 2008 Mathew opened a dedicated Telstra Business Centre, the first of its kind in Western Australia. The Telstra Business Centre Great Southern provides business customers with a single point of contact for all of their communications needs. This includes solutions such as Fixed Line products, Mobile devices and plans, Business Grade Internet and Data, Business Telephone Systems as well as Domain Hosting, Software as a Service and Technical Support. Mathew is a dedicated member of the Business Centre Team who strives to deliver quality service to business community.
David Crosby – Telstra Business Centre Great Southern – Manager.
David joined the Telstra Business Centre in late 2008 as an Account Manager and recently took on the role of Business Centre Manager. David has extensive sales, service and management experience and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Telstra Business Centre. David has delivered many Great Southern businesses with the latest Telephone System technology providing customers with more efficient and smarter ways of communicating with their customers and stakeholders. David is a Telstra Certified Solutions Professional and is committed to delivering quality products and services to the business community. David lives in Albany with his wife and two children and on weekends enjoys going to the beach, playing footy and spending time with family.
Ben Dougherty – Telstra Business Centre Great Southern – Solutions Professional
Ben started at the Telstra Shop Albany in 2006 and quickly established himself as a highly motivated sales consultant. In 2008 he joined the Telstra Business Centre Great Southern after successfully completing his Telstra Solutions Professional Certification.
Ben has extensive Mobile device experience as well as Certificate III in Network Management and can help Business customers optimize their Mobile Fleet, Fixed Network, Data connection or Software Solution. Ben is a dedicated musician who play’s Bass Guitar in a local band and when not on a gig can be found enjoying paintball with his mates.
Tracey Saunders – Telstra Business Centre Great Southern – Provisioning Officer
Tracey joined the team at the Telstra Business Centre Great Southern in 2009 and brings with her 10 years of experience in the communications industry. With experience in project management, training and systems delivery Tracey is a valued member of our team. Tracey provides support for our sales team and interfaces directly with Telstra’s systems to ensure our business customers receive the best possible service available. Tracey is committed mother of two lovely children and enjoys watching the rugby and cricket and spending time with her family.
Grant Tickell – Telstra Business Centre Great Southern – Technician
Grant joined the Telstra Shop Albany in 2004 and now heads the Technical Department for Telstra Business Great Southern. Grant’s role involves installing and programming LG Aria and Panasonic phone systems as well as structured cabling, networking and WiFi solutions for business customers. With extensive technical experience Grant is an integral member of our team who ensures your business phone system, wireless hotspot or mobile broadband device is configured to your requirements. Grant is a certified Telstra Solutions Professional and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and expert advice.
