A category is a subdivision within the business directory that people can use to find your business.

Users of the website will use the directory in a similar manner to which we use book directories such as the Yellow Pages. For example, in order to find a hairdresser they will look up "Hairdresser" and look through the ads to find someone that suits them.

It may be beneficial for your business if you are in 2 or more categories to reach a larger number of clients or consumers.
