How do I add or change a photo in my gallery on my directory entry?

1. To make add or change photos in your Advertisment you must first be logged in with your username and password.  Click on the Login button on the top right hand corner of any page on Albany Gateway.
2. When you are logged in you will come to your Profile Page Click on "• Business Directory" Click on the title or edit button.

3. This will take you to the form with all your details. Please scroll down to make your changes as required.

5. A form will appear. Scroll down the page to the Add Image/Photo Gallery option.
 

Click on the Add Gallery option.

NOTE:  Maximum photo upload size is 1000kb (1MB)
Photo's will be resized to 500 x 500px full size and 80 x 80px thumbnail.
 

6.1 Type in the image description

6.2 Browse your computer folders, open the image desired.
6.3 Click upload and wait for the image to upload.

You can add 8 photos to your listing, repeat steps 6.1, 6.2 & 6.3 eight times to do this.

To remove a photo, click on the cross.

NOTE:  When you replace a photo that has been removed, the previous photo will appear because it has been cached in the computers memory.  After you have saved changes you can see the details of your ad, refresh the screen or use the F5 key to refresh to see your new photos.
7.To save your changes, click on the Confirm and Submit this Entry button.

An invoice will be sent to you for payment of this feature.
