	Dylan Pinchin joined WA Country Builders just 3 months ago after qualifying and working as a carpenter in Esperance. It was easy to make the move to Albany as he has family here and he enjoys watching his Dad and younger brothers when they play football at Railways. Dylan said it was a great day when his boat came up from Esperance and he could get back out onto the water where he enjoys his hobbies of fishing, sailing and water skiing. The building industry is in his blood and with a broad knowledge of building and a love of mixing with people, a career as a Sales Consultant seemed a good way of combining both. 	Dale Benson has been involved with either selling established homes or selling new homes for the last 20 years.
