I have done a lot of work for Steve over the years and from a sub contractor point of view Steve always trys to communicate with the client and give them the best quality job without asking me to cut corners. Steve and Ros go out of the way to give you a house you are happy with. I know we have done a lot of repeat work with 2nd and 3rd McKinven clients so that speaks for it self.
