Southern Edge Arts is a youth performing arts company catering for 5 to 25 year olds by providing workshops that lead to the creation of original performances involving the young participants in all aspects of the creative process.
Workshops include:
ACTING
The ABC of Acting! From theatre games, improvisation, and stagecraft to vocal technique, physical awareness and performance making!
DANCE
Energetic dance workshops ranging from contemporary and classical dance techniques to choreography, improvisation and movement dynamics.
CIRCUS
Starting with safety and basic gymnastics, the workshops develop a variety of circus skills including acrobatics, adagio, aerial apparatus, juggling, uni-cycling, poi and fire-twirling
