Regional Development Australia is a regional NFP advocacy body established by the Australian Government that works cooperatively with State and Local governments through regional initiatives and partnerships to enhance the growth and development of regional Australia.
RDA achieves this through:
• Establishing cooperative alliances with regional communities and other regional development organizations including the WA Regional Development Commissions and local government authorities
• Providing information and advice on Australian Government services and programs
• Consulting with regional stakeholders on needs and priorities
• Providing leadership and advocacy within the region
• Providing advice to all levels of Government about regional issues and priority projects
