headspace Great Southern provides mental health and wellbeing support, information and services to young people aged 12-25, and their families in Albany and the Great Southern.

If you, or a young person close to you is:
• Feeling depressed or anxious
• Not coping at school
• Not sleeping well or sleeping too much
• Finding it hard to concentrate
• Wanting to cut down on drinking or drug use
• Bullied, hurt or sexually harassed

Then headspace Great Southern can help.

At headspace you can access confidential, youth friendly:
• Counselling
• Youth work support
• Information and education
• General health services
• Social and vocational support.

All services are free or bulk-billed through Medicare, so getting help won’t cost you anything.

headspace Great Southern also wants to hear from young people interested in helping us do our job even better. By joining the headspace Advisory Council (hAC) you will be part of a local team of young people who help plan headspace events, make sure what we are doing is youth friendly and relevant to the needs of young people in the Great Southern.
