For the past 12 years we have been providing our community with free confidential and professional service. 

Our service delivery area is bounded by Walpole, Wagin, Lake Grace, Lake King and Ravensthorpe.

We provide legal advice in most areas of Family, Criminal and Civil Law, as well as legal referrals and legal education.

Assistance is also provided with: 

• Simple Wills 
• Enduring Powers of Attorney 
• Enduring Powers of Guardianship 
• Guardianship and Administration Order Applications (includes representation)
• Tenant Advocacy (Residential Tenants only)
• Disability Advocacy 
• Information Sessions on property and children's issues

Clients are visited fortnightly in Denmark, Mount Barker and Katanning.  Service to outer regions are available on request.

ACLC is a non-profit organisation funded through the Commonwealth Community Legal Service Program by the Commonwealth Attorney General's Department.
