Plenty of places to sit and relax, enjoy the views and the good food at Nippers Cafe.

our lovely day at marron farm
on January 12, 2011
Hi my family and i visited your beauitful marron farm around the 1/1/11 and it was beautiful our children loved all the animals and boof the pig. i loved the interaction with the ginnie pigs and birds all up a lovely day. one question though on the web site some where it says children come see the animals for free when i googled it on f/b but we were charged for our 6 year old son and becomes rather expensive if you go to two or three places with enrtry fee in one day. but other than that it was a lovely and i would recomend it to every one here in perth xx come again when we are back in beautiful albany.

Day with Roger the Weiro he is lovely
on July 18, 2010
I was down in Albany for a week in June 2010 and unfortunately the first day I had I hurt my foot so I could not do anything on the Tuesday the 22nd June 2010 I had walked down into Albany and had a cup of coffee and cake at a coffe shop there then I decided to rest my foot on the Wednesday 23rd June 2010 so on Thursday the 24th June 2010 I decided to go to the Marron Farm and Bird Park I went by taxi and it is the most beautiful place I have been too and it was a bit showery the reason why I titled this Day with Roger the Weiro he is a comic i have a disability and I went in and because I have a fold-up walking frame I was above the level to feed them so then they brought me a chair and now I can laugh about it now this little Roger took a liking to me and he would not let any of the other birds come and get some food he eventually landed on my shoulder and started to pull my hearing aid out and then the lady came back I was able to see some more birds and animals and feed them and I would definitely reccommend the Bird Park and Marron Farm to anyone who likes Birds and Animals and I would also like to reccomend Nippers Cafe i had morning tea and lunch and also had a doggy bag to take home. The people there are very friendly and they even have a disabled toilet so people who are in wheelchairs you can get in however it may be wise to let the people at the Marron Farm and Bird Park know what day you are coming and approximate time and what you need. It was excellent and I would thoroughly reccommend it. Barbara Mackay
