The Gateway Christmas Digital Photography Competition is free to enter.
 
Only photographs entered using the official online entry form and abiding by these Terms and Conditions will be accepted.

Albany Gateway Inc does not accept any liability for lost, delayed or incomplete entries.

All entries are to be received between 8.30 am, December 3 - 31

All entries must be submitted as a JPG file and uploaded on the entry form.

There is no limit to how many times you can enter however each image submitted must be on the official entry form. Entries cannot be returned.

Entrants in the competition agree to allow any or all of their submitted photographs to be displayed on the Albany Gateway website. Display is at the discretion of the moderator.

The ownership will remain that of the photographer. By entering the competition, you agree all rights to payment for copyright, royalty or any other purpose are waived for each and every photograph entered. All efforts will be made to provide appropriate acknowledgement of the photographer whenever photographs are used.

Entrants warrant that they are the owner of all copyright in the submitted photograph(s).

Where a photograph entered in the competition includes the image of a person other than the entrant, then the entrant warrants that he or she has obtained all necessary permissions from that other person (or in the case of a child, that child’s parents or lawful guardian) for the image to be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The entrant indemnifies Albany Gateway Inc against all damages, losses, costs and expenses incurred by Albany Gateway Inc arising out of any failure by the entrant to obtain the permissions mentioned above.

Entries from persons under the age of 18 must have adult consent.

The winners will be those entries declared by the online voting system.  The outcome of the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into except with eligible prize winners.
