It’s not the first time a concept has failed in Albany but has thrived in other cities. This  Saturday, 16th May 2009, Western Australians again get their chance to decide the fate of Daylight Savings. Certainly there is more opposition to Daylight Savings in Western Australia than other states.Most of the complaints come about the March ending date, when darker mornings impact more people. Unfortunately the referendum will not be giving the option to approve daylight saving at an earlier finishing date.
